3. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are charged according to your billing cycle (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly). Payment is processed automatically using your selected payment method. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer service. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time customers.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We currently ship within Switzerland. Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors. OneCoffeeLove is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events.

6. Product Quality

We guarantee the quality and freshness of our coffee. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
